Who am i ?
Freddy Marx, I’ve been the owner of a restaurant complex for over 17 years. Based on my rich experience as an entrepreneur, I have learned during my career to face all kind of difficulties: stress, conflict, teamwork, product knowledge, and many others … Independent for over 25 years, I see myself as a passionate and multidisciplinary expert with extensive experience accumulated over recent years:Starting as a manager in the textile industry, I had the opportunity to build my personality through a rewarding career.
I then followed my heart and entered an industry that always fascinated me: the food business.
Jury & Trainer in several schools and training centres of the province for 10 years; Ambassador for the Jacobs Group (automotive sector) for 14 years;
Public Relations for prestigious brands such as Audi, Porsche or Maserati; Coach specialising in Hospitality & Catering for 7 years; Multiple international experiences in the restaurant industry: Italy, Belgium, Germany, Scotland and soon, USA.I would now like to share this experience with you through a series of customised training courses that will help you, I’m sure, to enhance your business or establishment!
